About the project
Scaling a home-based business

We partnered with a fantastic mother and daughter team to help grow their home-based business into a national brand. Lacking the strategic and operational support required to successfully scale, Fitness Freakz tasked us to assist with planning the expansion and rollout of its business strategy.

Our Approach

As partners, we play an integral part in formulating the brand vision while implementing and executing all aspects of the marketing strategy. Our team assists with qualitative and quantitative research, CX strategy and experience design. We also oversee the execution and measurement of all marketing and social campaigns in line with key business performance indicators.

BRAND Positioning

Our goal is to transform Fitness Freakz into a fitness lifestyle brand that inspires and motivates. The rebrand is based on customer insights and feedback with a thorough industry analysis, allowing us to constantly deliver on the Brand promise and continue winning customers, on and offline.

E-commerce & MORE

We've designed and developed a new online store with improved usability to encourage website conversions and signups. The focus is also to drive foot traffic into physical stores across the country and grow the amount of stockists throughout Africa.

SPREADING the word

Our marketing and advertising is focused on brand awareness and conversion optimisation targeting specific key growth regions. This requires us to fully integrate our approach and improve customer loyalty with brand positioning that include store visits, product placement, Brand Ambassador recommendations and social listening.
