About the project
Rejuvenating but Retaining history

We were tasked with rebranding and rebuilding the AFLA website while preserving the organisations rich history and only online source of information. Another challenge was simplifying the booking process for members with varying degrees of tech savviness with a high resistance to booking online.

An International REBRAND

Our brand refresh was in accordance with strict guidelines set out by the UGLE and symbolises the mutual connection and brotherhood of the organisation globally.


We developed a bespoke booking system which included a payments reconciliation system for the tercentenary re-union event. This facilitated the integration of offline bookings with a ticketing system and a separate online payments platform detailing dietary requirements, seating preferences and members rank.

Customised CMS

Our Base backend allowed for a one button download where administrators could import bookings into excel spreadsheets or amend directly through the CMS. We integrated a calendar allowing members to keep abreast of upcoming meetings and simplified the management of all website content.
